Machining Facilities
AGS has complete facility for the manufacturing of all the major components under one roof. This ensure proper manufacturing process and inspection at each stage of manufacturing. All the rotating parts such as rotors, v-pulley are dynamically balanced as per Precision components are manufactured on digitally controlled machines.
Fabrication Facilities
AGS has independent fabrication facility where all the major accessories like base frame, silencers, guard, filters etc. are manufactured using correct quality of raw materials as per drawings.
Testing Facilities
AGS has full fledges test bed where battery of machines can be tested at a time for capacity, power and performance.
Machines are tested as per BS Standards 1571- Part II March 1975.
Achostic Hood
AGS highly experienced engineers to design and manufacture Acoustic hood to control the sound level as per the specific requirement of customers.
